Customer Sign Up 1. Click on "Sign Up Now" and complete the form with your name, email address and password of your choice. 2. Enter the email address of the person who told you about MaxCast™/PhotoMax™ in the "Friends Email" box. If no one referred you, use info@thelivelygroup.com. 3. Organizations can enter their full organizational name in the "First Name" field and their abbreviated initials in the "Last Name" field. (For example, The Lively Group in the First Name and TLG in the Last Name field) 4. After signing up for your PhotoMax™ membership, click on the blue "MaxCast™" tab near the top of the page, and order the MaxCast™ channel package of your choice. 5. Once you have made your purchase, go to www.maxcast.com and click on "Member Login" near the top right of the page. Enter your new username (email address) and password to access the "Home" section of your account. Click on "Manage" and you will see a list of default MaxCast™ URLs. Click on the pencil icon to the right of each listing to access the "Channel Editor". From here you may edit the channel's name, description, and specific URL. You will be informed whether or not your requested URL is available after you click the "Save" button at the bottom of the editing window. At this point you can also choose to make each URL public, or private. Private URLs can be protected with a password. It is best for you to check the last two boxes on this screen so that people who see your videos will be able to sign up for their own MaxCast™ accounts. 6. Now you are ready to load some videos into your MaxCast™ channel(s). When you are logged in to your MaxCast™ account, add video(s) by clicking on the blue "Add" tab near the top of the page to get instructions and order forms. Contact us for content suggestions. 7. You Should add an announcement about your MaxCast™ channel(s) to your main website if you have one. For example, you can simply use a hyperlink that says "Click Here to see our Videos." This is so that people will know that you now have a MaxCast™ channel and so that they can watch your video(s). 8. Also, you should announce your MaxCast™ channels on your business cards, emails, newsletter, etc. 9. If you need help producing a video, go to our our Video Production Services page. 10. Some organizations, especially ministries, may wish to remain a customer and yet use their MaxCast™ account to generate additional revenue without becoming a distributor.
